How Madrigalist rankings work

1
Every vote is verified

Guest and signed-in votes must pass Madrigalist's verification checks before they can affect ranking.

2
Only accepted votes count

Pending or rejected vote attempts never affect a server's rank or public vote count.

3
Rankings reset monthly in UTC

Every calendar month starts a fresh ranking period at 00:00 UTC.

4
Paid placement never changes rank

Organic rank reflects accepted votes only — it can't be purchased or boosted.

Ranking is a discovery signal, not a safety guarantee. Read the full methodology.
